Frequently asked questions

What if I cannot sleep the night before defense?
Not being able to sleep is normal. Do not force yourself to sleep. You can review prepared materials or do some relaxing activities. Not sleeping will not affect performance; the body has stress reserves.
Can I continue defending if I catch a cold on defense day?
Mild cold does not affect. If you have fever or severe cough, you can contact your supervisor to request postponement. Most schools allow postponement due to illness.
What format is best for PPT files?
It is recommended to prepare both PPTX and PDF versions. PPTX is easy to edit, PDF has better compatibility and will not have font displacement issues.
